Residents bringing new homes into Oakridge, please read this
latest update from DWP.
7/13/09 Dealers Please Read (Effective
Immediately)
Effective immediately, all submittal
packages will need to include an
Oakridge New Home Application
form (posted here and available at the Oakridge office)
along with all the requirements previously stated. The
application form must be filled in completely or it will be
returned. If you have any questions regarding the application
form, please email us at
info@projectoakridge.com.
In the last few weeks, many submittal
packages were inadequate and/or incomplete. Incomplete
submittal packages cause an unnecessary drain on our
already-overtaxed time, and delay the whole process. The delays
ultimately affect our residents (your customers) getting back
into the park in a new home.
In order to promote and encourage complete
submittals of acceptable quality, we will start imposing a $100
fee for all submittals that require more than three attempts to
get approved.
These new requirements will help us to
provide you the best possible service and quick turn-around
times on your submittal packages.
